To participate in the giveaway Entrants are limited to one entry per calendar month. Alternate entry methods will not be allowed. As a condition of entering this giveaway, you will be asked to provide certain personal information about yourself, such as your name, email address, physical address, and telephone number, age and gender. Premiere Shoppers on behalf of all contestants we may use your personal information to notify you about new products or services. If Premiere Shoppers does use your information to notify you of new products or services, it will provide you with an email address by which you may inform Premiere Shoppers that you do not wish to receive such materials in the future. Unless required by law, Premiere Shoppers will not share your personal information without your permission with any unaffiliated third parties. Premiere Shoppers may also request non-personally identifiable information, such as annual income, buying preferences, or such information being referred to as demographic and profile data. The sharing of this demographic or profile data by you with Premiere Shoppers is optional. Premiere Shoppers may use this data to improve its site and enhance your shopping experience. For example, we may use this data to tailor your experience on our site, showing you content or products that we think you might be interested in, and displaying content or products according to your preferences.

4) ELIGIBILITY:

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States of America, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Premiere Shoppers and its affiliated companies (including, parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway or win prizes. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and persons with whom the employee is domiciled.

5) ODDS:

The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of people who enter the giveaway during the respective calendar month and may vary from month to month. The winner will be selected in a random drawing. A person can win a maximum of (1) one time each calendar year.

6) NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be notified of the prize via email or phone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days, or Premiere Shopper's notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits all rights to the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected by Premiere Shoppers. Prizes will be delivered to winners via standard shipping by standard carrier.

7) WINNER ACCEPTANCE:
The winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. As a condition of receiving a prize, the winner acknowledges that failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, at the sole discretion of Premiere Shoppers, result in winner's disqualification and the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize. 8) PARTICIPATION:
Participation in the giveaway constitutes an agreement by each contestant to comply with these Official Rules. Premiere Shoppers reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway if it determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud or technical failures have destroyed the integrity of the giveaway.

9) LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
By entering the giveaway, contestant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the giveaway or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by the claimant, including costs associated with entering the giveaway, but expressly excluding claimant’s attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any contestant be permitted to obtain any award for, and contestant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Premiere Shoppers with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other causes beyond the control of the Premiere Shoppers that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Premiere Shoppers reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaways, and to select winners from among the eligible entries received during the Promotion prior to such event. 10) CONSTRUCTION:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the contestant and Premiere Shoppers in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of AZ, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions of any other jurisdiction that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of AZ. Premiere Shoppers will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other giveaway materials. The headings are for convenience only. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
